Post by UffeYes, flamenco-world.com has a lot. And I have tons of partitures/
tablatures on my PC...
Well, I have been trying to find some partituras in Spain, but this
seems hopeless. So, for example, here's the list of some pieces
I have been looking for. If Uffe has tons of partituras, maybe
he will find these few...
Sabicas - Malaguena de Lecuona:
There are many versions of Malaguena de Lecuona for guitar,
but I am interested only in this particular one, which I believe
is the most interesting, largely based on tremolo.
Sabicas - Castillo Moro
also performed by Paco Pena (Amanecer Arabe)
Any of these versions would be fine. I have recently
bought a scores book by Alain Faucher, "Danzas Arabes" which is claimed
to contain this piece, but in fact it's much different from the
original, and I am disappointed.
Rafael Cortes - Granainas "Don Cortes Maya"
This, in my opinion, is the best Granainas ever played.
Milonga Uruguaya (Ariel Ramirez)
This piece originally written by Ramirez for piano
is played by Paco Pena. It's maybe not pure
flamenco, but it is a nice piece and I would like to play it. You can see
it performed by Falu and Ramirez:
Unfortunately I can't find scores for guitar.
Czardas de Monti
This has been played by Sabicas and others, although
its a Hungarian piece. Again, I'd be glad to learn it.
There is also a big collection of Alain Faucher scores books,
out of which I am interested in:
"Aires de Jerez - Paco Cepero"
"El Genio de Nino Ricardo"
"La Guitarra de Tomatito"
"Morao y Oro - Moraito"
I would also not complain getting some nice version for solo guitar
of "Tico Tico".
