at the begining it reminds me the music of the film "Vengo" from Gatlif but
it's not that.
The scale is arabic, it is not flamenco, even if that reminds a mix of
Zambra / rumba

Sounds very much like artists "Willie and Lobo" but I can't find a
match in my archives. Also "Jesse Cook" has many songs with a similar
flavour.
