Anyone know who this piece is by?

I heard a flamenco piece on the radio a little while ago called 'Cuando
Llega La Casa' and was wondering if anyone knows who its by... It
seemed to be a guitar based song, (as opposed to singing based), and
was fairly modern with quite a lot of latin influence... Thanks in
advance for any help!

Oh yeah, and I'm pretty sure it was a tangos, but it could've been a
rumba..
